Brendan Marchant found Pillar To Post when he found his wife, Tatem, whose family helped establish Pillar To Post in the Pacific Northwest. His customer-centric, detail-oriented personality and desire to always go above and beyond, are what makes Brendan an excellent Home Inspector and Pillar To Post owner. He and his team have successfully completed over 8,000 inspections in Tumwater, Olympia, Lacey, Tacoma, University Place, Dupont, Lakewood, Spanaway, Gig Harbor, Yelm, Centralia, Chehalis, Shelton and Fife. Brendan is a proud husband and father of three boys. In  enjoys almost all outdoor activities, but especially soccer and snowboarding.

Ryan Mace

Lead Home Inspector

Ryan Mace became a Pillar To Post Home Inspector because he wanted to try something new while utilizing his years of experience as a former builder in the construction industry.  Ryan is always positive and likes to teach new home owners about the intricacies of their home and how best to take care of it.

In his spare time, Ryan loves to ride his motorcycle, play golf, basketball and coach fastpitch. He is also an avid sports fan for all Seattle teams.

Carolyn Nadeau

Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

• In her off time Carolyn enjoys time with her family, serving with the community orchestra.

Christina Eudy

Community Outreach Coordinator

Christina Eudy is the Community Outreach and Marketing Coordinator for our Pillar To Post team. Before relocating to the South Side area, Christina broke and trained horses for 30 years, owned her own agricultural business for 15 years and taught Kindergarten for 5 years.

In her spare time, Christina is very active in the community. She is a regular volunteer with her son’s Scout troop and loves spending time outdoors with her family. She is a skilled photographer, who’s landscape photography has been highlighted on social media.

Will Schoenfeld

Home Inspector

Will Schoenfeld brings many years of customer service and home maintenance experience to the Marchant Team. In his spare time he enjoys surfing and martial arts. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

John Baker

Home Inspector

John Baker has commercial building maintenance and handiwork background. He was inspired to become a home inspector because of his love of building design and function. In his free time, John enjoys construction projects, teaching martial arts and surfing.

Ian Bracken

Environmental Tech

Ian Bracken is the Marchant Team Environmental Technician. He handles the additional services including sewer scope inspections. Ian brings with him extensive technical experience and a background in home inspection. Ian runs a podcast in his spare time and is an accomplished skateboarder.
